Banana Smoothie with Crickets

Ingredients:
- 8 fl oz almond milk or any other milk
- 1 Banana
- 2 tablespoons of Sustain cricket powder

How to Make It
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend together to make a high protein smoothy.
